Little Film Pros Series

This six week class program is designed for young children looking to develop their skills in tv/film and performance. These kiddos will learn to navigate their imagination through the art of on-camera storytelling - building characters, expressing emotion, memorizing text, and learning young professional set etiquette. We will cover Slates, Commercials, and Theatrical auditions - making sure these young film pros are prepped for the professional on set experience. But most importantly, we will make sure these young film pros know how to have fun in their approach to acting!

Advanced Youth Improv Class Fall 2022

Improv is one of the greatest tools any actor can have- it teaches you confidence, communication skills, and comedic timing. This class series focuses on Short Form improvisational comedy. Our goal is to study the main pillars of improv - listening, how to "yes and", learning to be a good scene partner, character work, making bold choices, and getting out of your head. Through warm ups and Short Form Games students will learn how to recognize pattern, heightening, and performing nuanced characters. At the end of the class series there is a live performance at a professional comedy venue for each ensemble. (Plus, this class is just like..really...REALLY...fun 🙂)

Audition Lab | Teen Fall 2022

Before you can trust the process, you have to know the process. Audition Lab is a class designed to help actors sharpen their skills and enhance performance for prepared and cold read auditions. Whether they are prepping for in-person or self tapes, students will get the opportunity to improve audition techniques, make choices with confidence, and learn how to stand out in a professional setting with Casting Director Carole Kaboya.

Teen Scene Study (Ages 13-17)

Starting January 17
MONDAYS from 5pm-8pm for 8 WEEKS

Teach them while they are young. In our Scene Study Class, young actors will have the chance to learn and practice scene study technique. Through script investigation, character study, rehearsal, and performance, they will be able to practice the acting process in a safe environment, and have fun while doing it. Our instructors will make the scene study process easy to understand, help young actors build their acting toolkits, as well as expand the range of characters they can play. The craft of acting, like any other craft, takes time and practice, and the sooner you get started the better. Help your young actor establish a foundation of acting training that will serve them for years to come.

Beginner's Toolbox Youth (Ages 8-12)

Starting January 18
TUESDAYS from 5PM - 7pm for 8 WEEKS

This class is for kids who want to start their journey in On Camera Acting. So many young actors want to work in TV/Film these days, but getting started can be scary. In Beginner’s Toolbox Class, we empower young actors to go after their dreams. Kids will learn how to create realistic characters on camera, prepare for auditions, find out what roles and shows they’re right for, and what to expect when they get on set. Film + Tv I: Confident Acting for Youth & Teens (Ages 12-17)

Starting February 9
WEDNESDAYS from 6PM- 8 pm for 8 WEEKS

What makes a confident person? Let us help you answer that question for YOU. Whether you are in front of the camera, the classroom or the boardroom, this course helps you build a strong foundation for confidence through the lens of acting. You’ll learn exercises to train your body to be more confident, to lessen the interference of your mind, and take action from a place of purpose, wisdom, and inner knowing.
